Hi, I’m Jase
I’m someone who appreciates a good cup of tea and a solid burger. But to avoid becoming the burger, I make sure to stay active too. My fascination with human behaviour has always driven me, fuelling a mission to understand what it takes to bring out the best in ourselves and others. My academic journey through employment relations, marketing, and sociology naturally led to a 20-year career in sales and marketing, where I managed teams and marketed iconic brands like NESCAFÉ, KLEENEX, and HUGGIES.
Having been in the trenches of management myself, I know firsthand how little support is often available. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to coaching, mentoring, training, and resourcing others to manage both themselves and their teams effectively.
As a former boss, I wish I had known what I’ve learned over the past decade. My experience spans hundreds of organisations, from senior leadership teams to frontline managers, from large corporations to small teams of five. I’ve coached and trained thousands from organisations including Chapman Tripp, Downer, Freightways, Nestlé and Reckitt. Always with a commercial mindset, my focus is on delivering solid business outcomes through practical, easily applied tools.
