In your customer portal contains workshop workbooks, links to courses, and simple to complete templates that ask good questions and spark strong conversations.
Your team will also access a dynamic reporting tool to filter by individual, team and organisation, with all the teams Clifton Strengths profiles. This means you can view contributions, motivations, what each strengths brings/needs, and a managers guide. See an example.
